Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Adams objected. 1993-04-29 Senate Journal Page 1900 SB 129 The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 129(FIN) am?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 129(STA) Shall the Senate concur in House amendment to CSSB 129(FIN) AM? YEAS: 18 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Nays: Kerttula, Rieger and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 129(STA) "An Act relating to state procurement; and providing for an effective date." Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 129(STA) was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
